Important
In our conditions, Grimentz-Zinal.ski Sàrl is ESI abbreviated.
Reservation
To guarantee the place, the total amount of the scheduled courses must be paid, but the fact of having made the reservation require you to honor your order, whether it was paid or not.
Prices
Rates are in CHF. Prices in Euro are available although they may be changed at any time.
Group lessons
We limit our group lessons to 6 pupils per class. But in the case of :
- technical regression;
- progression;
- fear;
- ability error;
we will adjust the classes accordingly; a class of 8 and a class of 4 (with two classes of 6 to start). ESI reserves the right to swap a pupil who has stated his level is higher than it actually is, with another pupil of another group. Subject to the capabilities of other groups. At any time, we reserve the right to group two levels together. Group lessons are from 3 to 6 kids per class. In case there are not enough participants, we will reduce the time as follows :
- 2 children in a level: 2 hours per day from Monday to Friday.
- 1 child in a level: 1 hour per day from Monday to Friday.
- Free of charge but with priority to lift and a financial contribution will be charged for the medal.
Private lessons
For private lessons, you must be present on the day specified at the time stated on the reservation form. If no contact, your instructor will wait 30 minutes from the start time of your lesson. If you’re still not there, after this period, the total of the lesson must be paid. Thank you for informing us about being late BEFORE your lesson so we can tell your instructor what time to expect you. The course still ends at the scheduled time; the end of the course will not be shifted. ESI reserves the right to delay the start time of the course.
Our philosophy
Should an instructor be booked for a full day, the client agrees to cover the cost of the instructor’s lunch.
Refunding
All reservations must be paid. Without a medical certificate no refunds will be made. In the case of a refund with medical certificate, 10% OF COMMISSION WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND to cover miscellaneous file fées. No matter the reason or the deadline for germination. The refunding period for group lessons is 14 days before the start date of the course. 10% OF COMMISSION WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND to cover miscellaneous file fées. The refunding period for private lessons is 48 hours before the start date of the course. 10% OF COMMISSION WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND to cover miscellaneous file fées. No matter the reason or the deadline for germination.
After these times, no refund will be made.
The client cannot cancel the booking if the requested instructor is injured or ill. ESI is committed to replacing the instructor to the extent of its availability.
Repayment of Snowgarden “Premium Quality”: satisfied or money back
In cases where the child does not brake, does not change direction and does take the magic carpet alone at the end of the week, parents may ask for a refund in the form of a gift voucher of 45% of the total sum paid (minus the medal). If they consider that the teacher did not do his job properly and if all valid conditions below are applicable, they are entitled to seek refund :
- The child must be aged between 4.5 to 6 years old.
- Must not be disabled
- Have participated in all classes without the presence of a parent.
After these times, no refund will be made.

Insurance for refund of lessons
Be sure to take out refund insurance, which provides reimbursement of the package, lessons, the rental of equipment in case of illness or closure of lifts. If you do not have insurance go to www.snowcare.ch/
Insurance
The rates for services of ESI do not include personal insurance clients. A liability insurance company covers ESI professionals as long as they do not work independently. Each customer must ensure that they are covered by insurance, which covers risks related to the practice of the activity corresponding to the reserved service. ESI cannot be held responsible for non-insurance client.
Ski lifts
The rates for services of ESI do not include lifts. All lift closures and interruptions are not the fault of ESI and no refund will be made.
Image rights
Without a written record of your current stipulation, you let the ESI have your image rights and photos may be taken without your consideration.
Website
All content on the Internet and brochures are full properties of ESI and are protected by copyright. The contents of the site (texts, articles…) are the exclusive property of their authors and may not be reproduced or used without their consent. ESI authorizes only the reproduction of extracts from his articles via RSS at its sites. According to Code of Obligations, any total or partial reproduction of content is prohibited, regardless of its form (reproduction, copying, printing and framing … ). The direct links to downloadable files (any format) on our site are also prohibited. Applicable Law
This contract is subject to Swiss law, in accordance with the guidelines of the country. This is both the substantive rules for the rules of form. In case of dispute, the companies / people will favour the settlement. Thus finding an amicable solution does not interrupt the time to act as collateral. Otherwise, and in accordance with articles of the Swiss Civil Code cases, Valais courts will have jurisdiction. The jurisdiction is in Sierre.
